Changes to the prescriptions line

As from 1st August 2023, there will be changes to our prescription line.

This will now be a 24hr voicemail service which will be monitored on a daily basis.

When requesting your medication via the mailbox, please state your name, date of birth and the name of medication you require.

Please still allow 48hrs for your prescription to be dealt with.

Non-urgent advice: You can still request vour medication by:

Online – NHS App/Patient Access

Person – Pop your request into the prescription box or hand to our Receptionist.
