We are receiving an increasing number of telephone calls to the surgery enquiring about the Covid 19 vaccination. This is causing considerable delays for patients who are requiring medical assistance.

We are working through lists of patients as directed to us by the UK Government and contacting them by telephone or text message when there are appointments available. Please note the clinics are held at Bunnyhill Primary Care Centre and not at the surgery.

Please be assured we will be in touch when it is your turn.

We continue to receive a number of telephone calls from patients who are carers. This is the current guidance from the UK Government regarding those carers who are to be prioritised for the Covid 19 vaccination:

Carers who are in receipt of a carer’s allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if the carer falls ill, should also be offered vaccination alongside these groups.

If you fit this criteria, please download and complete the carer’s identification form on the Carer’s Page of this website and either post the form to the surgery or send directly to us via email to [email protected] and we will update your medical records.
