Request Repeat Prescription

1.  Repeat Prescriptions

Medications that your Doctor has agreed to place on your "Repeat" list of medication can be ordered:

• By phone
• In person at reception
• By post using your prescription counterfoil and a Stamped addressed envelope or
• Online by using the repeat prescription form.  This will come to us via a secure link (online system to be available in due course).

Following a request, prescriptions will be available for collection after 3pm the following working day

2.  Requesting "non-repeat" medications

If you request another item which is not a "Repeat Prescription" (see 1 above) but you may have had previously, we will endeavour to have that available within 2 working days.  The extra time is needed to discuss this request with the appropriate doctor. This cannot be done via our online system.
